Kevin Bass

Kevin Bass

Regular
WHY YOU SHOULD KNOW HIM:
The third player in a mythical “all-fish” outfield with Mike Trout and Tim Salmon. Bass had a sly sense of humor and he liked to entertain his teammates with impressions, like that of Sammy Davis Jr. He was a valuable outfielder because he had the range and skill to play center field, but also a strong enough arm to roam right field. He was popular in Houston, where he spent most of his 14-year career. Bass was a switch-hitter, but had much more pop from the right side.
